Friday -6th April

breakfast :nescafe white coffee + oatmeal raisin biscuits
lunch : vege  soup rice + watermelon
dinner : fried beehoon + barley
supper : -
snacks : caramel macchiato coffee

exercise :jogging at the park - 3 rounds (1.8km)
