Diet Diary -Day 4

Wednesday -4th April

breakfast :nescafe white coffee
lunch : bitter-gourd with egg + long beans + egg +bit of rice
dinner : salmon sashimi + vege soup hot pot
supper : -
snacks : oats raisin biscuits + vege fruit juice

exercise :1.5km paddling + 1 km power walk on treadmill
