Diet Diary - Day 12

Thursday-12th April

breakfast : oatmeal raisin biscuits + nescafe white coffee
lunch :vege + eggs + butter rice
dinner :oats with raisin + green pear
supper : -
snacks :-

exercise :badminton

Sim commented that my diet plan fail max, which is quite true, because my diet consist of high sugar and carbs. I'm the endomorph body type which means i was born with rounder body and lower metabolism rate, and i gain fats faster than others.

in order to have effective weigh lose diet, i should live with a diet of high protein and fibre, cut down carbs as much as possible...but i love bread and rice and flour, this is gonna be very hard.
